Retreat Goals
Learn new skills and have fun!
The goal of this retreat is to provide a fun getaway where we can learn new Fiber Arts techniques and have a fun time with friends and Three Bags Full Classmates.
This is a weekend getaway which includes two nights at the Courtyard Lincoln RI, Pizza Party dinner on Friday evening; breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; and Boxed Lunch on Saturday.
An optional Journal making class will be offered at an additional charge.
Our hope is that you will leave with a new skill that you haven’t tried before and have a wonderful and relaxing time.
Retreat Schedule
Friday
4 – 6 pm – Check-in & Social Knitting
6:30 pm – Pizza Party
7:30 pm – Social Knitting and Fashion Show
Saturday:
8 – 10 am – Breakfast at The Bistro
10 - noon Journal Making Class or Social Knitting
Noon – 1:30 – Boxed lunch in the conference room
1:30 – 4 pm – Journal Making Class continued or Social Knitting
6 pm – Dinner on your own
Evening – Social Knitting & Raffles
Sunday
8 - 10:00 am – Breakfast at The Bistro
11 am – Checkout
Retreat Cost and Policy
- Cost is $350 per person double occupancy, (Single rate is $525)
- The cost includes 2 nights at the Courtyard Lincoln, 2 breakfasts, Pizza Party on Friday evening, and lunch and snack on Saturday.
- The cost for the Journal making class is $50 for retreat attendees and is not mandatory.
- A non-refundable, $100 deposit will reserve your spot.
- A second payment of $150 is due by Friday, September 12, 2025.
- Final payment is due 3 weeks before the date of the retreat, Friday, October 17, 2025.
- Refunds for cancellations will be allowed up to 2 weeks prior to the retreat. The initial $100 deposit is non-refundable.
- Hotel gratuities not included.
- Alcoholic beverages not included.
- Retreat registration begins Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 10 am for students of Three Bags Full, and Saturday, July 26, 2025 for non-students.
- The Journal Making class only will be available for a cost of $100 and will include Boxed Lunch on Saturday, for those who do not wish to stay at the hotel overnight (reservations for Journal Making only will be accepted after Sept 15, 2025 based on availability)
